What each amount actually buys
A D4 Season gift card holds any amount you type in. Six numbers line up neatly with real treatments on our menu. $50 covers the TCM Head Aromatherapy, 30 minutes. That is a head massage with a lavender or peppermint blend. $85 covers the D4 Signature Head Spa, 60 minutes. That is our standard session and the one most first visits use.
$135 covers the Luxury Head Spa, 90 minutes. $150 covers the HydraFacial Signature, 60 minutes. $250 covers Couple Massage: Swedish for 2, 90 minutes. $300 covers the D4 Royal 3-in-1 Luxury Ritual, 180 minutes. You can also pick any number in between. The card is simply money on the menu.
If you only remember one number
$85. The D4 Signature Head Spa runs 60 minutes. It includes a head massage, a scalp cleanse, a shampoo and conditioner treatment, an upper shoulder massage, hydrotherapy and a blow-dry. Hydrotherapy is warm water flowing gently over the scalp. Only three treatments on our menu include it.
The tip
A card sized to the price leaves the tip uncovered
Gratuity is not included in any D4 Season price. So an $85 card covers the D4 Signature Head Spa, 60 minutes, and nothing more. Your recipient then reaches for their own wallet at the end of a gift. Most buyers would rather that did not happen.
The fix takes one second. Round the card up above the treatment price. A $100 card covers the D4 Signature Head Spa, 60 minutes, at $85 with room left over. A $170 card does the same for the HydraFacial Signature, 60 minutes, at $150. This is the most useful thing to know before you type a number.

When you are ready to type an amount and pay, go to our gift card page. Cards are bought online, emailed within minutes, digital only, valid at both studios, and they never expire. Buying one takes a couple of minutes. Booking the appointment is separate and happens later.
Two studios
One menu and one price list at both studios
D4 Season opened in Shoreline in 2022 as Seattle's first specialized head spa. That studio is at 15507 Westminster Way N Ste 7E, Shoreline, WA 98133, just off Aurora Ave N. The newer studio is at 18500 33rd Ave W Suite C, Lynnwood, WA 98037. It sits a few minutes off Alderwood Mall Parkway, near the I-5 and I-405 interchange.
Both studios run the same menu at the same prices. Facials at the Lynnwood studio are performed by a licensed esthetician. Visits are by appointment only and we take no walk-ins. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM to 8 PM. One line covers both studios at (206) 688-9700. Groups of five or more should call ahead.

- 1 Pick the menu Choose between head spa, massage and facial first. Ask where the person feels worn out, in their head, their shoulders or their skin.
- 2 Pick the length Treatments run 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 or 180 minutes. A 60-minute treatment suits a first visit. A 90-minute one suits someone who has been before.
- 3 Read the price, then add for the tip Find the treatment on the menu and note its price. Add a little on top, because gratuity is not included. A round number above the price is the safest choice.
- 4 Name a studio in your message The card works at Shoreline and Lynnwood, so tell them which one is closer. Include (206) 688-9700, because visits are by appointment only.

What is the smallest amount that still covers a full treatment?

$50. That covers the TCM Head Aromatherapy, 30 minutes, which is a head massage with a lavender or peppermint blend. It also covers the Neck & Shoulder Relaxing Massage, 30 minutes, at $50. Gratuity is not included in either price. A $60 or $70 card leaves your recipient a little room at the end.
Do I need to add anything for the tip?

Gratuity is not included in any D4 Season price. A card sized exactly to a treatment leaves the tip uncovered, so your recipient pays it themselves. Adding a little on top solves this. For example, a $100 card covers the D4 Signature Head Spa, 60 minutes, at $85 and still leaves something spare.
How do I choose between a head spa, a massage and a facial?

Think about where the person feels worn out. A head spa suits someone whose mind never stops and who works at a screen all day. A massage suits someone with a sore back, neck or shoulders. A facial suits someone who already looks after their skin. All three sit on one menu, and one card works across all of them.
What does a $135 gift card cover?

Two treatments sit at $135. The Luxury Head Spa runs 90 minutes and includes a head massage, a deep scalp cleanse, a hair repair treatment, an upper shoulder and arm massage, hydrotherapy and a blow-dry. The Chinese Herb Head Spa also runs 90 minutes at $135, and it adds scalp oil, a hair mask and steam.
What amount covers two people coming in together?

$250 covers Couple Massage: Swedish for 2, 90 minutes. Other choices include the Couple Deal: Essential Oil & Hot Therapy Massage for 2, 60 minutes, at $190. The Couple Deal: Hot Therapy Massage for 2, 90 minutes, is $270. Add a little above the price, because gratuity is not included on couple treatments either.
Does the amount lock them into one treatment?

No. The card holds a dollar value and can be used toward any treatment on the menu. Your recipient may put it toward something longer and pay the rest at the studio. They may also pick something smaller and keep the balance for another visit. Washington law means the card never expires.
What is the largest single treatment a card can cover?

$300 covers the D4 Royal 3-in-1 Luxury Ritual, 180 minutes. On the head spa menu alone, the Hydra Keravive Scalp runs 90 minutes at $258. On the couple menu, the Couple Deal: Chinese Herb Head Spa & Hot Therapy Massage for 2 runs 120 minutes at $370. You can load any amount you like.
